Duration: 12 months
Community leaders, activists and indigenous communities, LGBTIQ+, migrants, refugees, people with disabilities, and people of African descent Content: Provide training and capacity building in human rights and promotion, dissemination, and awareness of gender to community leaders, advocates and the community in general. Create a protocol for human rights protection with a security focus and research, formulating public policies, specialized training, and guidelines for protection mechanisms, and human rights protocols with a security focus for human rights advocates in vulnerable territories and groups.
Additionally, this project presents a self-care and mental health component.
Location: Colombia and Brazil border communities: San Cristóbal, Zulia, and Amazonas (Venezuela), Cúcuta and Bucaramanga (Colombia), and New Jersey, United States
